The Business Owner On The Ground.

From the perspective of the business owner on the ground, a much stronger and more stable business base needs to be maintained. The business owner to maintain a stable operation, will try to enter and maintain a market where he/she remains competitive with the industry itself.
In short, to be entrenched with a Keystone Advantage.

(The following article is an opinion about why business territorial integrity makes the difference in business survival. I had amalgamated many opinions of other writers simply because the references are really written in small parts and make difficult reading.)

Now, with this advantage maintained, and if the business the owner is in is part of a larger organization, then to maintain as many Keystone Advantaged business locations as possible will maintain the whole organization’s strength and indeed within it’s industry.

Remember, this is a necessity otherwise the whole organization, like an ecosystem (in its industry), will weaken and ultimately go through very painful reversals and loss. Many weak business units cannot weather the industry competition that will inevitably appear as well as many strong ones can.
