Ten Sure Fire Ways To Relax Everyday.

Rejuvenate yourself like the Sun.

Rejuvenate yourself like the Sun.

Relaxation is a powerful way to rejuvenate your energy. This is one sure fire way to empower yourself in mind, body and spirit.

The best money making experts will readily tell you your productivity will be kept at a higher level when you have some really good down time for yourself.

To relax, you do have more than one choice. If you can’t find yourself at a relaxing resort, do not worry. If you really have no time or available funds for Yoga or Tai-Chi lessons, do not worry.

You can still practice the art of relaxation every single day. Then you can take that coveted vacation with the whole family when you’ve made that extra money.

Here are Ten Sure Fire Ways To Relax Everyday.

1) Know that relaxation is as much about the body, mind and spirit – think of it as health, wealth and well-being.

2) Find and arrange at least half an hour for yourself everyday – fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen minutes at night. Add more time to the sessions or another fifteen minutes during lunch if you can.

3) You can choose your preferred relaxing methods such as Tai-Chi or Yoga or Gym stretching exercises. Find a sequence of slow, deliberate exercises you can do within fifteen minutes without sweating – that will cover head to toe.

4) Then do your chosen slow, deliberate movements; feel the blood flow to all parts of your body; at the same time, focus/meditate on what you want to achieve. Use something that will inspire you – that new car, a world trip, that achievable bank account…

5) The lack of time and rushing about to try to overcome the endless stream of “must dos’ never seem to end. You can’t win…or can you? You can when you manage your time better. Very simply, sit down and put down all the steps you take to complete your day. Then delegate what you can; do not do time wasting things like chatting for 3 hours on the phone; time saving when cooking.

6) At least once a week, pamper yourself in the bath – a fragrant bubble bath; bath salts; scrub your feet; a pedicure – yes it’s good for the guys too.

7) Travel when the traffic is less heavy. Arrange your work or travel hours to avoid peak hour traffic – this can take away a significant amount of stress.

8) Visualization and Breathing exercises at every down time like being in a bus or sub-way can help relax you. Having fresh, energizing chi flowing in and visualize stale, stagnant chi flowing out throughout the day is one of the ultimate relaxation techniques advocated by health experts.

9) Lucid Dreaming can be practiced whenever you have free time or whenever you are doing an exercise. Close your eyes and begin to daydream. Think pleasant thoughts and then visualize a positive outcome to something you are working on at the moment. This is particularly effective when out in the park with fresh air and some sun. You’ll automatically smile happily to yourself.

10) No time to learn or read about those fancy techniques and methods? How about just stretching your arms out horizontally, perpendicular to ground; then stretch your legs outwards to the sides, front and back. First you will hear creaks and cracks as you warm up. Then stretch them far out until you cannot stretch anymore. Then relax.

Like the elephant - happy, healthy and wise...

So, what’s the alternative? A heart attack, a stroke or some chronic ailment like back aches, migraines and the constant popping of pain killers that build up within your body?

Well OK, there’s actually another one for reducing bodily stress big time…eat healthy, highly nutritious fresh food as opposed to just going on extremely unhealthy crash diets.

Remember the healthy, wealthy and wise regime.
