10 Little Home Treasures.
Here are 10 little home treasures you may not know you’ve got. Anyway, it doesn’t hurt to remember them.
1) Check the back of all seat cushions including your car for coins. I often find enough for that pizza.
2) Check all coats, under the bed and in the closets – a small fortune lies in wait.
3) Open all old drawers and files of personal documents – have you forgotten that old share certificate or insurance policy with cash on hand?
4) Look out for old bank accounts – you may have forgotten bonds sitting around which can be reinvested.
5) Old coins and little stored away treasures you never knew you had.
6) Antiques in the attic? Maybe that old ugly painting or vase?
7) A forgotten legacy? Investigate.
8) Your own land may be subdivided and sold for a very tidy fortune – pay off your mortgage?
9) A garage sale – be careful – some things may be worth more than you realize.
10) That super desert recipe you or mum used to make – sell the recipe for a couple of bucks each or sell the dishes for about 10 bucks each?
The next weekend might just get a little more profitable.
