Credit Card Fraud – Who’s Winning?
Credit Card fraud is still rampant according to banks.
If you’re feeling a little insecure about Banking online in any way – through your debit card or credit cards or even through the internet or your cell phone, you’re not alone. In fact a little prevention could go a very long way.
But how are the banks faring dealing with the rising fraud? At best, it’s an ongoing battle. Each side throwing punches and counter punches while we, the consumer get caught in the middle of the war. Even credit card fraud insurance protection may not be enough to protect you fully.
My best and only advice? Keep everything as secure as possible, and check and double check your banking accounts often and look for anything going amiss.
It is reportedly getting really bad in the UK too. Bank of America has raised the alert level to combat online fraud.
